Responsibilities

The Technical Systems Engineer II (IT075) provides advanced technical support for complex, non-recurring IT issues and business-driven projects, working under minimal supervision to coordinate with teams and vendors in implementing solutions. The role includes managing the IT asset lifecycle (discovery, inventory, monitoring for failures), delivering onsite assistance for incident resolution, and ensuring business continuity and system availability.
