Senior Security Technician

Job Summary

The Security Service Technician is responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion systems, and related low-voltage infrastructure. This role requires expertise in diagnosing system issues, performing repairs, configuring IP-based devices, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely. The technician will work both independently and as part of a team, providing professional communication and quality service while supporting a wide range of security technologies, including platforms such as Genetec, Lenel, Software House, ProWatch, Revo, Axis, and Hanwha.
