This is our first core hire, and we are building a high-performance SEO team that will scale into a full-fledged agency.

Role Overview
  • Independently analyze SEO projects from scratch
  • Build SEO strategies as per defined company SOPs
  • Create and execute end-to-end SEO campaigns
  • Handle SEO projects with full ownership (execution level)
  • Work closely with the Founder for strategy review and approvals
  • Implement AI-assisted SEO workflows while ensuring Google-safe practices
  • Focus on rankings, traffic growth, conversions, and business outcomes


This role is NOT for old-school, checklist-based, or tool-dependent SEOs.

We are looking for someone who understands SEO logic, intent, algorithms, and long-term growth, not just metrics.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Analysis & Strategy
  • Conduct complete SEO audits (technical, on-page, content, UX, backlinks)
  • Perform keyword research (seed keywords, clustering, intent mapping)
  • Analyze competitors and live SERPs
  • Identify quick wins and long-term growth opportunities
  • Prepare SEO strategy and execution roadmaps
  • Create content plans and page mapping
  • Prepare structured link-building strategies
  • Use AI tools for research and ideation with manual validation (AIO approach)
  • All strategies must follow company SOPs and will be reviewed by the Founder before execution


SEO Execution
  • Implement advanced on-page SEO optimisations
  • Optimize meta titles and descriptions with CTR-focused logic
  • Improve headings structure and content hierarchy
  • Optimize content funnels and conversion paths
  • Implement internal linking strategies
  • Apply schema markup (basic to intermediate)
  • Ensure compliance with Helpful Content Guidelines
  • Ensure EEAT implementation across content
  • Handle YMYL content carefully where applicable
  • Align SEO execution with Google core updates and review updates
  • Coordinate content optimisation and publishing
  • Monitor indexing, crawling, and technical performance issues


Content & Quality Control
  • Create SEO-ready content briefs
  • Review content for search intent accuracy
  • Ensure high readability and user experience
  • Ensure problem-solving and time-saving content approach
  • Ensure goal-oriented and conversion-focused content
  • Validate EEAT signals in content
  • Maintain strict SEO and quality standards
  • Suggest content improvements based on real performance data


Reporting & Monitoring
  • Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and SEO KPIs
  • Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools
  • Prepare weekly internal performance reports
  • Identify risks, drops, and improvement opportunities proactively
  • Suggest data-backed optimisation actions


Off-Page SEO
  • Strong understanding of outreach and backlink strategies
  • Ability to evaluate backlink quality and relevance
  • Guide and coordinate with outreachers and link builders
  • Draft outreach emails when required (not a core responsibility)


Who Should ApplyRequired Experience & Skills
  • 4-6+ years of hands-on SEO experience
  • Proven experience of growing websites organically
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve keyword rankings and traffic growth
  • Experience handling real SEO projects with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of search intent and SERP behavior
  • Deep knowledge of Google algorithms and updates
  • Solid technical SEO fundamentals
  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify
  • Experience in Local SEO, E-commerce SEO, SaaS SEO, B2B and B2C SEO
  • Strong expertise in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, KWFinder, Majestic
  • Strong experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Looker Studio
  • Strong reporting skills using MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks
  • Ability to independently create SEO strategies
  • Strong documentation and reporting habits
  • Comfortable working in a SOP-driven, process-oriented environment
  • Practical understanding of AI tools in SEO with manual validation (AIO mindset)

Salary & BenefitsSalary
  • ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month (Strictly based on proven experience, strategy skills, and performance in practical test)
