We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for the delivery of allocated work, managing predominantly external client engagements alongside internal projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring services are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with client expectations.

Previous experience within the print and communications industry, or knowledge of the utilities, finance, or wealth sectors, would be advantageous.
