S.i. Systems client is looking for a Senior Service Designer to apply user-centered design principles to create seamless and intuitive service experiences on an Enterprise Digital Transformation program

1 year contract to start. Hybrid model in Vancouver.

Must Haves:

  • Expertise in applying user-centered design principles to create seamless and intuitive service experiences.
  • Expertise in developing service blueprints to visualize and plan service stages and interactions.
  • Proficient in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders to align service design strategies with business goals.
  • Skilled in developing detailed customer journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
