The Opportunity
Manage Global Service Excellence activities to optimize Capital and Service Business, and support overall Abbott Vascular (AV) Business through, analytics and digitization.
Main Responsibilities
Manage all analytics and KPI management for Global CES organization, primarily in PBI.Develop, document and maintain data governance processes, design, and workflow.Plan and implement service processes optimized for analytics and reporting.Working and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide process engineering for operational processes to maximize efficiency and hence contribute towards gross margin improvement.Identify specific opportunities for customer experience, efficiency or revenue opportunities.Guide/support service operations leaders to identify process gaps improve service delivery and customer experience.Contribute to regional and global service strate...
