Senior Service Now Developer HRSD

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, build, and optimize HR service delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing HR modules, automating HR workflows, and enhancing employee experience through secure, scalable configurations.

Key Responsibilities

HRSD Implementation & Development

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:

    • Case & Knowledge Management

    • Employee Service Center (ESC)

    • Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transitions)

    • HR Playbooks & Templates

  • Customize and enhance HR workflows, forms, record producers, and UI pages.

Platform Configuration & Customization

  • Develop and maintain:

    • Client Scripts

    • UI Policies

    • Business Rules

    • Flow Designer flows

    • HRSD-related integrations

  • Build custom HR solutions using:

    • Flow Designer & Integration Hub

    • Service Catalog & HR Catalog Items

    • HR Knowledge Base and portal enhancements

  • Apply best practices for HR data privacy, security, and access control.

Integrations & Automation

  • Integrate HRSD with external HR systems such as:

    • Workday

    • SAP SuccessFactors

    • Oracle HCM

  • Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations to ensure accurate and reliable data flow.

Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with HR teams, business analysts, and platform architects to gather requirements and deliver effective HR solutions.

  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and platform upgrades related to HRSD.

  • Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of HR solutions.



Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

  • Strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations.

  • Proficiency in:

    • JavaScript

    • Glide API

    • Flow Designer

    • Business Rules

    • Client Scripts

  • Experience with REST/SOAP-based integrations.

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security best practices.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Certification (highly preferred).

  • Experience with Employee Center / Employee Center Pro.

  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development environments.
