About the role:
As a Senior Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot, test and repair Suunto products. You will provide great aftersales experiences to Suunto customers. The job involves direct contact with our end-customers in written English and in Finnish. You will also provide technical guidance and support to our external repair partners globally. In this role you can also participate in conducting hands-on service trainings.
