Job Description
Must Haves:
Minimum 5+ years architecting or leading complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
Minimum 5+ years Deep expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and enterprise data governance.
Minimum 5+ years Strong integration experience including REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, event ingestion from monitoring tools, and identity integrations (SSO/SAML/OAuth).
Minimum 5+ years Proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration practices including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, ATF, update sets, source control, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
Minimum 5+ years Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate City business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
