Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Architecture & Design

  • Lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation
  • Develop automations, integrations, custom apps, orchestrations, and workflows
  • Ensure platform adherence to ServiceNow best practices across design, admin, build, test, and release

Platform Strategy & Governance

  • Conduct POCs / POVs, define platform roadmap, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Govern 3rd-party ServiceNow partners to ensure alignment with organizational standards
  • Drive technical decisions and architectural guidelines for enterprise deployments

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

  • Collaborate with IT, business, and security stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions
