The successful candidate will validate and verify the functionality of ServiceNow solutions, participating in all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle. Responsibilities include developing test plans, conducting various types of testing, and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A ServiceNow certification is considered an asset.
