About Us:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Service Now Developer to lead the implementation of AIOps solutions on the Service Now platform. As a Senior Service Now Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing predictive AIOps, event correlation, anomaly detection, and noise reduction solutions. Your expertise in Service Now development, combined with your knowledge of AIOps and IT operations, will enable us to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
AIOps Implementation: Implement predictive AIOps solutions on the Service Now platform, including event correlation, anomaly detection, and noise reduction.
Health Monitoring: Configure health monitoring and enrichment rules across IT, Cloud, and Network domains to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
Integration: Integrate monitoring tools with Service Now, such as App Dynamics, OBM, UCMDB, and others, to enable seamless data exchange and analytics.
Automation: Automate workflows for proactive incident and problem management, reducing manual effort and improving resolution times.
Solution Design: Design and develop AIOps solutions that meet business requirements and integrate with existing IT systems.
Configuration Management: Manage configuration items, including discovery, reconciliation, and normalization of CI data.
Performance Optimization: Optimize Service Now performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Technical Skills:
Service Now: Strong knowledge of Service Now platform, including development, configuration, and implementation.
AIOps: Experience with AIOps concepts, including event correlation, anomaly detection, and noise reduction.
Integration: Experience integrating Service Now with monitoring tools, such as App Dynamics, OBM, UCMDB, and others.
Scripting: Strong scripting skills, including Java Script, Glide Script, and/or other relevant scripting languages.
Data Modeling : Experience with data modeling, including CMDB, incident, and problem management.
Soft Skills:
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in Service Now development, with a focus on AIOps, event correlation, and automation.
Service Now Certifications: Service Now certifications, such as CAD, PDI, or Implementation Specialist, are highly desirable.
