We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong expertise across ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, and CMDB. The role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that align with ITIL best practices and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations across the full project lifecycle, including exposure to cloud and SaaS environments.
