We are partnering with a large insurance organization undergoing a major maturation of their ServiceNow platform and are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support critical enhancements across the ecosystem. This individual will play a hands-on role in configuring and optimizing key modules including CSDM, CMDB, Employee Center, Request Management, Virtual Agent, and Software Asset Management. The developer will help improve foundational data, streamline workflows, and support integrations - most notably between Workday and ServiceNow - to automate employee lifecycle and provisioning processes.
