Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer - India

We are looking for experienced IRM Developers with strong hands-on expertise in Policy & Compliance implementations on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves PoC setup, configuration, customization, and reporting aligned with enterprise compliance requirements.

Policy & Compliance – Initial Setup

• Set up PoC applications with contact partners and base configurations as per customer requirements
• Configure foundational IRM / GRC components

Custom Controls & Data Management

• Import existing documents, policies, and custom controls
• Ensure accurate mapping and validation of imported data

Entity Scoping

• Perform entity scoping based on ServiceNow GRC architecture
• Define and align scope with organizational compliance structures

Customization (BAM-Aligned)

• Customize PoC applications (e.g., Controls, Control Objectives)
