We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Specialist who knows the platform inside-out and loves building smart, scalable solutions. You’ll work with enterprise clients and strategic partners to design, develop, and deliver high-impact applications that automate processes, improve user experience, and push the platform to its full potential.

What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance applications using UI Builder, App Engine Studio, and custom app development .
- Architect and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, web services, and SAML 2.0.
- Lead discovery, design, and delivery for enterprise clients, turning requirements into clean, scalable solutions.
- Automate business processes using Flow Designer, Orchestration , and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Provide technical consulting, guidance, and best practices for maximizing platform value.
- Ensure performance, security, and maintainability across all solutions.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM / workflows / app development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- JavaScript , ServiceNow scripting, client/server development.
- Integrations: REST, SOAP, SAML 2.0, Web Services.
- ITSM , Cloud Computing, SaaS/PaaS concepts.
- ITIL methodologies and enterprise service operations.
- Experience leading technical projects or acting as a platform SME.
- Ability to transform business problems into scalable technical solutions.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with App Engine (AEM), CSM, or domain separation.
- Background with large enterprise environments or global clients.
- Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS—any track).
