Key Responsibilities
- Service Operations:
- Lead and manage complete service operations including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, etc.).
- PAN India Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate service activities across all regions in collaboration with local partners and service teams.
- Team Leadership:
- Guide and manage service engineers and technicians. Allocate tasks, track performance, and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Target & Revenue Monitoring:
- Monitor service team KPIs, ensure timely service delivery, and drive revenue through high-quality service performance.
- Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. Manage escalations, ensure satisfaction, and build long-term client relationships.
