Responsibilities: Handle daily financial transactions and ensure the correctness and accuracy of all transactionsProvide accurate information to potential and existing customersProcess all customer instructions strictly in adherence to Bank policies and proceduresCo-ordinate with related departments to ensure any promises made to customers can be delivered on timeProvide counter services account opening and other job duties as assignedPromote & cross-sell general banking products to customer Requirements: F5 or above with passes in HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese, English and MathematicsMinimum 6 months' teller experienceService-orientedFulfill Relevant Individual (RI) & Technical Representative (TR) requirement is an advantageGood communication skillsConversant in English, Mandarin speaking is an advantagePC knowledge
