Role Purpose:

Incumbent will lead site team for overall execution of projects to the required quality within time and budget.
In charge of a building contract and, as such, must be aware and in control of all aspects of site operations, including the planning of site progress. It is the manager/agent who has responsibility for both the profitability of operations and adherence to the agreed construction and cost plans.
