You will partner with the site-level operations team for your designated site to execute company WHS policies and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations. By leveraging lean principles and Kaizen events, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk in Amazon's processes to ensure a safe and healthful working environment for our associates.
