Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor specialising in industrial new build projects. Our client is delivering a multi-unit industrial development valued at approximately £10m, based in Tamworth, Staffordshire. With the project already underway, they are now seeking an experienced Lead Senior Site Engineer (permanent position) with a proven background in industrial projects to join the team as soon as possible.
Key Duties:
* Lead all setting out works across a multi-phase industrial project
* Drive QA compliance, inspections, and adherence to specifications
* Produce and maintain accurate as-built documentation
* Liaise closely with consultants and design teams to resolve technical issues
* Manage service avoidance procedures and underground utility coordination
* Carry out CAT & Genny surveys (certification preferred)
* Issue and control permits to break ground
