Job Description

Overall Objective:

To ensure that the overall construction process is effectively, safely and efficiently managed.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and strive for best practice
  • Review and co-ordinate design and technical requirements appropriate to site-based activities during mobilisation and during construction to ensure a timely, risk managed programme achievement
  • Supervise all subcontract tradesLead the construction process from estimating handover to full completion of all sites based activates / requirements
  • Ensure all logistics plans and health and safety plan updates are co-ordinated and implemented in line with various stages of construction
  • Co-ordination of subcontractors and material requisitions and deliveries ensuring an efficient build
