Senior Site Manager – Mid-Sized Main Contractor Projects | London / South East

A well-respected main contractor is looking for a Senior Site Manager to lead mid-sized new-build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects in education, healthcare, and heritage sectors .

What you’ll do:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations on projects £1M–£10M
  • Lead multi-discipline teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Ensure health & safety, framework compliance, and client satisfaction

    • You’ll need:

  • Main contractor site management experience on mid-sized projects
  • Experience in framework or public sector delivery desirable
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
