We're looking for a hands-on Site Reliability / DevOps Engineer to support critical, customer-facing platforms. In this role, you'll be responsible for incident management, system reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization across large-scale cloud-based applications.

What You'll Be Doing
Monitor and ensure availability, performance, and reliability of production systems
Lead and participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA
Work closely with Development, Product, and third-party partners
Use observability tools to detect, analyze, and prevent issues
Manage incidents and tasks using Jira and ServiceNow
Perform final validation testing on web and mobile applications
