Overview:

Lead a major Drupal → Sitecore XM Cloud migration with a modern headless stack (XM Cloud, CDP/Personalize, Search, Next.js 14/15, Vercel).

This senior role requires hands-on Sitecore composable stack expertise (not legacy XM/XP) and the ability to architect enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Architect and lead Sitecore composable DXP (XM Cloud, CDP/Personalize, Search).

•Drive migration strategy (Drupal → Sitecore): content modeling, component migration, SEO preservation.

•Implement advanced Next.js frontend on Vercel (SSR/SSG/ISR, App Router, Server Components).

•Design and optimize personalization, real-time customer data flows, and enterprise search experiences.

•Define and enforce solution architecture, integration patterns, and technical governance.
