Senior SMP Estimator

Overview

PARC Engineering is seeking an experienced SeniorSMP Estimator to join our team at the Applecross Head Office. This full-time, Monday–Friday role involves leading the preparation of competitive bids across electrical tenders, applying industry-standard norms, first-principle estimating, and managing subcontractor and supplier pricing to support growth and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of estimates and submission of tenders, ensuring timely submission of documents to meet deadlines.
• Ensure costs for estimates include detailed direct costs (labour, material, subcontractor costs) plus preliminaries (Management, plant & equipment) and any indirect resources required.
