Vrize is seeking ahighly experienced, hands-on Senior Full Stack Architect to join our team for a strategic engagement in the financial services and pawn lending domain. This is acritical technical leadership role , requiring end-to-end architectural and coding expertise across modern web, mobile, and cloud-native technologies.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical acumen, the ability to work across the stack, and experience withAI tool integration , while also being passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications across front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and client stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices across the stack.
• Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Build and maintain modern UI/UX interfaces usingAngular 14+ ,React , and potentiallyFlutter orReact Native .
• Develop robust backend services usingJava ,Spring Boot ,Node.js , andSQL .
• Integrate AI/ML tools where applicable for analytics, automation, or intelligent features.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability in cloud-hosted (Azure) environments.
• Contribute to mobile app architecture if leveraging Kotlin or cross-platform tools.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience in architecting and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with:
• Exposure toAI/ML tools or integration with AI-powered platforms.
• Domain experience infinancial services ,retail finance , orpawn lending (EZCorp domain).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead by example—very hands-on and technically credible.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with new tech.

Note : the candidate must be willing to go to the office a few times a year when the U.S. team visits Colombia. *
