Senior Software Architect for High-Availability Services

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in building and leading operations and development teams dedicated to delivering high-availability services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and operations, with experience working with hardware, software, networking, operating systems, and Linux. They will also be proficient in scripting processes using languages such as Bash, Python or Ruby.

In this role, the Systems Engineer will oversee the launch of our European Sovereign Cloud (ESC), collaborate with global teams to influence the evolution of AWS services and technology, and contribute to the enhancement of day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will also participate in on-call rotations to resolve incidents occurring out-of-hours.
