• Assess software architectures across a landscape of IT applications
• Review design & implementation against functional and non-functional requirements
• Deliver clear, objective diagnostics on configuration management, documentation & code organization
• Define and execute a time‑boxed quality improvement plan
• Produce management‑level reports with actionable recommendations
• Report progress and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis

• Proven experience in modern software architecture & development
• Hands‑on software quality assurance or audit experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO 25000 / ISO 25010 or similar standards
• Ability to work autonomously and own outcomes end‑to‑end
• Excellent English communication & technical writing skills
• Solid understanding of insurance accounting principles
• Technical fluency in SAP, relational databases, SQL, .NET, Java, and R

• Experience reviewing systems built by external vendors
• Exposure to complex, enterprise‑scale IT landscapes
