Responsibilities

· Must be able to understand the current project activities, release processes, and build

management process and accordingly define the Automated Build, Test, and

Deployment strategy using the right tools and technologies.

· Able to design, develop, and maintain software applications individually as well as

work in a group

· Help maintain, adhere to, and improve existing SW development processes and

policies.

· Maintaining quality and security of the work.

Qualifications

Must Have –

  • Experience in the software industry with active roles in Software Development and DevOps ideally in an international work environment.
  • Programming experience working with various languages (Python, C/C++, C#, .Net, PowerShell, XCode, Java). Expert knowledge in Python is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of various tools (Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, JAMA, Aha). Experience in integrating tool add-ins and customization of tools. Experience customizing Jira is a must.
  • Should have experience developing software and writing code to automate tasks or processes.
  • Software development version control systems (Bitbucket, git, SVN)
  • Build automation and infrastructure in Jenkins.
  • DevOps (CI/CT/CD) concepts.
  • Experience working with various environments (Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android).
  • Experience in Agile process and SAFe.
  • Very strong Communication Skills –problem-solving skills and Proactive in working for coordinating with geographically diversified Dev and Test Teams.

    • Good to have –

  • Multi-branch pipeline experience a plus.
  • Experience in gclient development a plus.
  • Having domain knowledge in Audio is a plus
  • Experience working with AWS a plus
  • Development Exposure in C++ and .Net Applications and deployment.

    • Desired Tools Experince-

    • Scripting Languages – Shell, Python, Perl
    • Programming Languages – Object Oriented Programming(C++/Java/Python)
    • Config Mgmt Tools – Jenkins, Bitbucket, git, SVN, and Gerrit.
    • Atlassian Tools – JIRA, Confluence
    • Strong Communication/Coordination Skills
