What You Will Need to Succeed

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and system architecture, with expertise in open-source tools and technologies.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and experience deploying scalable cloud-native applications.
• Experience Proficiency in Python/Django and frontend frameworks like ReactJS, VueJS, or NextJS.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API development.
• Strong knowledge of database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenSearch, or similar technologies).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and ensuring software reliability.
• Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior developers, while making critical technical decisions.
• Background in the manufacturing or service industries is a plus.
