We're looking for a Technical Owner to join our Innovation Hub; a team focused on building and releasing game prototypes early to validate fun, retention, and new mechanics.
You'll combine technical leadership with hands-on prototyping, working within a triad (Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Owner) to guide direction while empowering the team to make day-to-day decisions.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
As Technical Owner, you'll help power Miniclip's New Games Development Team, the studio's experimental engine for fast discovery and validation of new mobile game ideas.
You will
Shape the technical direction that enables early-release game prototypes (3–5 weeks) focused on validating fun, defined as a sticky core gameplay mechanic that players immediately enjoy, understand quickly, and want to return to play again.
Proactively takes initiative in day-to-day work and technical decision-making.
