Senior Software Developer

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Senior Software Developer/L3 Support Engineer

Primary Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

5+ years of experience

In a typical day as a Senior Software dev/L3 support Engineer, you would:

• Be responsible for troubleshooting all L3 cases open for complex products and platforms, including finding the cause of the issue, solve the issue, testing, and generation of patches

• Work on Container deployment flavor of the product as well which is recently released

• Work closely with L2 support, development and delivery teams to analyze, debug, and resolve product issues

• Help peers in R&D function with your strong sense of commitment & ownership to drive things to closure, with decisive verbal & written communication skills and courtesy.
