We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to drive technical implementation of core GenAI testing & validation systems. You will partner with Principal Engineers, SDMs, TPMs, scientists and peer SDEs to define architecture, build components, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. You will be a technical leader for your team and help mentor other SDEs.
Key job responsibilities
• Architect, design, and implement major features or subsystems in automated testing / validation using GenAI.
• Dive deep into technical details: high performance, reliability, security, scalability. Ensure systems can handle large scale usage / production load.
• Collaborate with product / science / other engineering to define requirements, propose technical solutions, estimate complexity, trade offs.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers; do code reviews; propose architectural improvements; raise technical standards.
