As a Senior Software Engineer- AI Specialist , you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and evolving the backend systems that power our AI-driven Customer Success agent . In this role, you will implement enhancements, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, optimize performance, build reliable testing environments, and enable the continuous evolution of the AI agent.

Your work will ensure that our AI agent operates in a stable, efficient, and scalable way, becoming a critical component of Baubap’s daily operations and customer experience.
