Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and optimise GenAI solutions within a modern Azure-based technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge bases and content ingestion pipelines
• Implement semantic search and retrieval workflows
• Build and refine agent orchestration logic and prompt frameworks
• Integrate external tools and APIs into AI workflows
• Implement evaluation, testing, and monitoring frameworks
• Ensure AI solutions meet governance and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Azure AI services and LLM frameworks
• NLP, search engineering, vector databases, and RAG solutions
• Experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g. Semantic Kernel, LangGraph)
• Knowledge of AI safety, prompt injection mitigation, and PII detection
