We are a financial technology company that provides innovative software to power some of the world’s largest Fintechs. Our core stack includes Java, Kotlin, Spring, PostgreSQL, React, and Kubernetes in a service-oriented architecture with over 100 services in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the development and testing of our systems and services
• Help translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions
• Deliver highly available and scalable services in a production environment
• Collaborate with project leads, product managers and other software developers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Advanced English (Mandatory)
• 5+ years of programming experience, ideally on a modern stack
• Core stack: Java/Kotlin/Spring/PostgreSQL/React; experience with Kubernetes and a microservices architecture
• 3+ years Java or Kotlin programming experience
• Solid understanding of relational databases and ORMs
• Experience with SOA or microservices-based applications
• Willingness to collaborate, take ownership, and drive projects to completion
• Experience with collaborative coding practices, code reviews, and PR management
• Unit and integration testing embraced as essential in software development
• Desire to grow, learn, and collaborate with a team of engineers

Nice to have

• Full-stack experience across systems (Kafka, Temporal, Docker, POSIX), databases (PostgreSQL), or frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, React)
