Senior Software Engineer

HiOperator's mission is to automate customer service by pairing great people with our technology. Our Dallas office is growing quickly and we continue to look for new team members to join our quest to change the industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering large and complex features quickly, while becoming an expert and owner of significant sections of our codebase. Your role will encompass various aspects, including implementation and technical strategy. In this position, you will work across the entire technical stack, spanning front-end and back-end development, DevOps, as well as integrating machine learning and data science tools. We use these tools, and more, every day: Google Cloud Functions, Apollo GraphQL, ReactJS, Pub/Sub, multitenancy, and PyTorch.
