Senior Software Engineer- DevOps

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong DevOps/SRE orientation to help build and maintain the tooling, infrastructure, and backend services that power our engineering ecosystem. This role focuses on improving the developer experience, modernizing internal platforms, and enabling operational excellence through automation, observability, and resilient systems design. You will contribute directly to improving performance, reducing downtime, and enhancing the reliability of services that support our insurance platform.

In this position, you will architect and develop backend services, operational tooling, and infrastructure components that streamline workflows across engineering teams.
