Role Summary

The Senior Software Developer is a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and operating secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications in an enterprise B2B environment. This role blends deep individual contribution with technical leadership—owning complex features and services end to end while guiding engineering decisions, mentoring teammates, and shaping architecture.

Operating within a pod-based delivery model, this role is accountable for execution, quality, and operational outcomes. Success is measured not only by what is built, but by how reliably it runs in production and how effectively the team delivers over time.
