About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a product-led engineering team building and scaling customer-facing systems at meaningful scale. This is a fully remote, long-term B2B role for engineers based in LATAM .

You’ll work on real product problems with real ownership, collaborating closely with Product and Design. This is not a consultancy-style role , we’re looking for engineers who have owned and evolved long-lived products rather than rotating through short-term client engagements.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain product-facing systems in production
• Build and evolve backend services using Ruby on Rails
• Develop and maintain APIs using GraphQL and REST
• Contribute to frontend features using React and TypeScript
• Work with cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Improve system performance, reliability, and observability
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver customer value
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions
• Communicate clearly and effectively in a fully remote, async environment

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong, hands‑on experience with Ruby on Rails in production
• Experience contributing to React + TypeScript applications
• Solid understanding of API design using GraphQL and REST
• Experience working with AWS in production environments
• Background in product-focused teams (not consultancy- or agency-heavy)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

What We’re Not Looking For

• Candidates with predominantly consultancy or agency backgrounds
• Engineers looking for short-term, fractional, or advisory engagements
