Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior-level Atlassian JSM Developer or Technical Lead to design and deliver advanced ITSM solutions within the Atlassian Cloud/Data Center ecosystem . The role focuses on leveraging JSM out-of-the-box capabilities, implementing targeted customizations, and leading initiatives to improve user experience, automation, and service efficiency.
