Overview Senior Software Engineer - Finance Domain at Factorial. Fully remote, multicultural team. Responsibilities Work as a senior engineer in the Finance Domain, contributing to requirements definition with the PM and delivering polished solutions that match those requirements. Take ownership of big initiatives, establish goals, and plan a quarterly roadmap with the team. Participate in customer calls to learn pains and needs, review code daily, and receive feedback on pull requests from all team members including juniors. Mentor junior team members and help them learn from your experience; learn from the team across technical topics and core skills. Work with the team to ensure coding quality, performance, and architecture improvements within the Finance Domain. Qualifications Experience as a software engineer with a couple of years in the field. Backend experience with Ruby on Rails; frontend experience with React, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Polyglot developer with experience in multiple coding languages, CI/CD tools, and cloud technologies is valued. Strong communication in English and ability to work in a distributed, remote environment. Salary and Career Path For this senior-level position, the annual gross salary is 60,000€ (base salary 51,000€ and variable pay up to 9,000€ annually, paid quarterly), depending on company goals.
