Team summary
We are part of the ServiceNow Platform team within the Conversational AI business unit. Our primary focus areas include the Virtual Agent state machine and the core framework that enables seamless integration of Virtual Agent with third-party messaging channels such as Slack, LINE, and Meta Messenger. In addition, the team owns the design and implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities across these external channels, ensuring scalable, intelligent, and consistent conversational experiences.
