Senior Software Engineer, Guest Experience

Breezeway is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our Guest Experience team. This role is ideal for an execution-focused engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-impact solutions efficiently. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain our guest experience products, building applications including guest communication, on-call support, guest-facing tooling and upsells product.
• Monitor releases, troubleshoot issues, and leverage Datadog to diagnose system performance.
• Work with our Product team to refine technical requirements and ensure seamless deployment to our customers.
• Serve as technical leader on projects from conception through to deployment, collaborating with the Principal Engineer on architecture.
