Overview:

Copello are working with a leading defence business who are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team working on RF communication and sensor systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software components
  • Implement and test software within an agile team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical excellence
  • Evaluate trade-offs and support technical decisions
  • Contribute to system understanding and future development
  • Support and guide junior team members, if in a leadership role
