Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Software Development Engineer who not only writes exceptional code but also improves engineering velocity through automation, AI, and scalable design. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of complex modules, influence technical decisions, and mentor junior developers.

In this role you will...

  • Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend or full-stack services using Python, Java, React.
  • Architect and implement RESTful / GraphQL APIs with reusable and modular design.
  • Drive AI-powered development workflows — using LLMs for code generation, testing, documentation, and diagnostics.
  • Lead technical reviews, performance improvements, and CI/CD automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate across Product, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Guide junior engineers through mentorship and code quality best practices.

  • 4–6 years of hands-on development in Python / Java / React.
  • Strong experience in API development, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools (Copilot / LLMs / automation frameworks).
  • Experience owning features from design to deployment.
