**Position Overview**
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Software Development Engineer who not only writes exceptional code but also improves engineering velocity through automation, AI, and scalable design. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of complex modules, influence technical decisions, and mentor junior developers.
**In this role you will...**
+ Design, develop, and optimize **scalable backend or full-stack services** using Python, Java, React.
+ Architect and implement **RESTful / GraphQL APIs** with reusable and modular design.
+ Drive **AI-powered development workflows** — using LLMs for code generation, testing, documentation, and diagnostics.
+ Lead **technical reviews, performance improvements, and CI/CD automation initiatives** .
+ Collaborate across **Product, DevOps, and QA** to ensure seamless delivery.
+ Guide junior engineers through **mentorship and code quality best practices** .
**You’ve got what it takes if you have…**
+ 4–6 years of hands-on development in **Python / Java / React** .
+ Strong experience in **API development** , **microservices** , and **cloud platforms (AWS preferred)** .
+ Solid understanding of **databases (SQL/NoSQL), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)** .
+ Familiarity with **AI-assisted engineering tools (Copilot / LLMs / automation frameworks)** .
+ Experience owning features from design to deployment.
