The Role

We re looking for a hard-core individual contributor who wants to build. This is not a management role. If you love being in the weeds, obsess over system design, and take pride in shipping clean, real software fast this role is for you.

We move quickly and expect engineers to use modern AI tools (like Claude) to build 3x faster than was possible a year ago without producing low-quality AI slop. Quality and taste matter here.



What You ll Do

Design and build core systems from scratch.

Own features end-to-end: architecture implementation production.

Use AI-assisted coding to dramatically increase velocity while maintaining a high bar.
