General Function
As a member of an agile development squad, this role is responsible for implementing new features and enabling capabilities using modern software engineering tools and practices. The position adheres to established engineering standards, contributes to a culture of continuous improvement, and actively participates in knowledge sharing within communities of practice.
The role also supports organizational risk management by openly communicating ideas and concerns, following defined policies and procedures, and ensuring that actions align with expectations for quality, compliance, and a positive end‑user experience. Responsibilities include identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks as part of day‑to‑day work.
